Free delivery on all UK mainland orders  (excludes Special Delivery).

Orders will normally be processed and dispatched by Royal Mail on the same working day as received (excluding weekends) unless any items are out of stock, in which case you will be notified as long as you have supplied us with your correct contact information.

If your order is very urgent we recommend the use of Royal Mail Guaranteed Insured Special Delivery Service within the UK. Next day Special Delivery 5 Days a week is available within the UK as an additional service option (Channel Islands 48hrs), which you can choose at the checkout stage.

Orders received before 2:00pm Monday – Friday using Special Delivery we will endeavour to dispatch on the same working day. Orders received Fridays before 2.00pm using Saturday Special Delivery we will endeavour to dispatch on the same working day.

Note * Special Delivery service fee is non-refundable in the event of any items being returned. On selecting a Special Delivery shipping service, a signature on delivery is required.

Standard & Recorded Delivery

Generally you should receive your order within 3-5 working days of being placed unless notified otherwise. If your order is more than 10 days late please contact our Customer services team on 01945 587584 or use our contact form.

Special Delivery & UPS Courier Delivery

This applies to orders received before 2PM Monday – Friday. Generally you should receive your order on the next working day if it has been received by us before 2.00pm the day before (Excluding Sundays) . If your order is more than 2 days late please contact our Customer services team on 01945 587584 or use our contact form.

International Delivery

International delivery times vary please see the country list below. If your order is more than 10 days late please contact our Customer services team using our contact form.

Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden – approximately 5-6 working days

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you have incorrect or missing items in your order please contact our Customer service team immediately on 01945 587584 or use our contact form quoting your order or invoice number and the date the items were delivered. Incorrect or missing items must reported within three days of receiving your order.
