Where is my order?

Standard & Recorded delivery orders

Generally you should receive your order within 2-4 working days once you have received your 'Despatched' update email.

Important: Please provide full details of your order placed including your order number.

Special Delivery & UPS Courier Delivery

Generally you should receive your order on the next working day if it has been received by us before 2.30pm the day before (we cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries) If your order is more than 2 days late please contact our Customer services team on 01945 587584 or email enquiries@wigs4u.co.uk 

International delivery

International delivery times vary please see the country list below. If your order is more than 5 days late please contact our Customer services team at enquiries@wigs4u.co.uk
Important: please remember to include your order number.

Republic of Ireland - approximately 3-5 working days.

Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden - approximately 5-6 working days
United States - approximately 8-10 working days
Australia, New Zealand - approximately 12-15 working days

Missing or incorrect items

If you have incorrect or missing items in your order please contact our Customer service team immediately on 01945 587584 or email enquiries@wigs4u.co.uk  quoting your order or invoice number and the date the items were delivered. Incorrect or missing items must reported on receiving your order.
