Terms & Conditions of Sale All orders will be dispatched in discreet plain brown cardboard boxes or A4 size sealed white plastic envelopes, by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will endeavour to complete all orders within 24 hours when payment is made by c/card, postal orders or cash. Delays or non availability will be advised. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched in 10-21 days from receipt of payment after bank clearance. We are unable to supply wigs or hairpieces on approval or credit. All orders must be accompanied by payment in full. All special offers or discontinued lines are subject to availability, no other discounts or vouchers can be used against these items. All debit/credit cards used must be registered to the delivery address. If you need goods sending to a different address, please supply this alternative address along with the address to where the card is registered when ordering, by letter, fax or e-mail. Returns Policy For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled. Any item returned smelling of smoke or perfume will not be accepted for credit. All returns must be completed within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time unless the goods are found to be faulty. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and must be returned in the same new condition as received by you, these must be complete with hang tags and hair nets. We suggest that all returned goods are sent by Special Delivery which provides you with compensation in the event of an item being lost. Prices Prices are available for Internet / mail order sales or Studio fitted sales. Studio fitted sales include a full consultation & customisation of each wig at our private studio in Cambridgeshire by pre arranged appointment only. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. OUTSIDE UK P&P AT AN ADDITIONAL COST
